Upon inspection, we found that the plywood was indeed the main issue. We removed and replaced all the plywood before constructing the roof. We achieved this by installing a CertainTeed ridge vent system, which promotes the circulation and exit of air in the attic space.

By addressing the ventilation issues, replacing the wood, and installing new skylights, we've ensured this roof is ready for a longer lifespan.
