Metal Roof Replacement in Bellevue, Washington

This metal roof in Bellevue, one of my favorite types of roofs, started as a low-pitch roof, not a steep roof. This particular roof originally had a torch-down roofing system that is quite common in Bellevue residential architecture. There are not too many roof replacement options that look good with a low-pitch roof. But metal roofing always looks good on all types of roofs. We chose metal here, and it turned out great.

We used NuRay Metal Products for the metal roof. This roof is NRM 2000 with 16-inch wide striated panels in Charcoal Gray. It turned out really well. We also converted the gutter system. The existing gutter system had a big trough. You've seen those before with a large fascia board in front. Our conversion during the roof replacement was to install a lower fascia board, remove the original gutters and hang traditional aluminum gutters. These gutters are beautiful and easy to maintain.
