Another exciting project at Three Tree Point, a beautiful location. The roofing project began with a worn-out cedar shake roof that needed replacement. We wanted to maintain the cedar shake look while opting for an Eco-friendly roof that is recyclable. Our choice? DaVinci composite Multi-Width Shake roofing tiles, known for their authenticity to hand-split cedar shakes.

After removing the roof and installing new fascia boards, we worked closely with Artisan Electric on the layout of the solar panels. The Three Tree Roofing crew installed the ice and water shield in all locations where Artisan Electric would install the solar panels. It always turns out well when the roofing and solar companies work together on roofing projects with solar panels.

We also added new 6K gutters with a screen. These larger gutters will handle the water flow efficiently, which is an excellent gutter option for our area. The newly installed DaVinci roof system looks fantastic. Most importantly, the customer is super happy with their new roof's beauty and durability.
