TPO Flat with Composite Asphalt Shingles in Bellevue, Washington

Another beautiful project finished in Bellevue. This roof is a Malarkey Vista in Silverwood, a perfect color choice for this house. The lighter shingle reflects more UV light and stays cooler. The Vista shingle is all-weather resilient, has a Class 4 hail impact rating, and includes granules that help clean the air of emission pollutants. When Three Tree Roofing started this project, we had to remove the existing roof and the flat area with a torch-down roof. We installed the TPO membrane on the flat area and then the Malarkey shingles. What's important here is that the flat roof is TPO membrane, not PVC. PVC and asphalt are not the best of friends. TPO and asphalt shingles work together to create an integrated roofing system. We also installed a new Alurex 5K gutter system with a screen. There is tree debris from the woods surrounding this beautiful house. With debris coming down from the trees, the Alurex gutter system will keep the debris from falling into the gutters.

The TPO flat area roof includes a 20-year labor and material warranty by WeatherBond. The shingles come with superior protection, including a Malarky Emerald premium warranty, which provides a 25-year labor and 50-year warranty. Three Tree Roofing also has a maintenance package from November to February. We come out and completely clean all debris off the roof and treat the roof with a moss agent to remove any moss; we clean the skylights, if there are skylights, and clean the flat roof, ensuring your roofing system works perfectly.
