When you go to your doctor, your doctor knows a lot about everything, but they refer you to a specialist. You have a foot doctor, You have a hand doctor, you have a heart doctor.

We kind of run our installers the same way. You call us, we're the doctor, and we diagnose things. Then, when you're ready to get your roof, you get a metal crew, a composition crew, or a flat roofing crew.

Our guys dedicate themselves to one type of roof installation. That way, they're the best at it. If you cross-train, you have to know a little about a lot. Usually, you won't be an expert at one thing.
