We're moving north to the Louisville area. This roof turned out fantastic. Everybody's excited with the way this roof looks now. Presidential TL in Shadow Gray has got to be one of the coolest. CertainTeed presidential and CertainTeed presidential TL has a design similar to a wood shape. It has almost no maintenance. TL stands for triple laminate. You get a whole extra layer of fiberglass matte and asphalt. It's a perfect thick shingle. It's going to last a long, long time and be worry-free. The roof is excellent.

We replaced three fixed skylights and two opening skylights upstairs. The upstairs is hot. You can open the skylights and get a nice draft coming through. It's an excellent option to convert skylights to an opening skylight. Or we can add skylights to your roof if you have none.

The crew that installed this roof is certified through the manufacturer, so they go through all their tests and have to learn how to be a certified installer. This roof has a CertainTeed 50-year material warranty and a 25-year workmanship warranty. When we retire and move to Hawaii, you will still have a workmanship warranty.
