Video Description
We've recently completed an exquisite roofing project. This home featured stucco siding, a distinctive element uncommon in every residence but common in some regions. Stucco, a concrete siding, requires expertise from roofers who understand the intricacies of working with it. Proper sealing and, at times, repairs are crucial before the roof installation begins. Selecting the right contractor ensures a seamless repair and installation process. At Three Tree Roofing, our specialized crews with masonry certifications work with concrete to ensure everything proceeds smoothly according to plan.
Our approach to this project began with removing the old cedar shake roof. Typically, plywood becomes necessary as older cedar shake roofs often lack it during installation. We installed high-quality 1/2-inch CDX plywood and the striking CertainTeed Presidential shake TL in Charcoal Black atop the plywood. The visual impact is remarkable, with the roof's color contrasting beautifully with the siding. The homeowner now has the flexibility to paint the house siding in any color, as the neutral tone of the roof complements many color choices.
The result is a flawless and aesthetically pleasing roofing system that enhances the home's overall appearance and ensures superior protection against the elements.
