All right, we're in Burien at Three Tree Point is where we're from. Three Tree Roofing just finished a great roof and roofed the detached shop. We did both so everything matches. This roof was a CertainTeed Landmark roof in Georgetown gray. it turned out awesome.
The roof before this one had just put its time in. It was a 15 year old composition roof. It had started to show signs of wear. The granules were coming off. We had some shingles that were flying away in the wind, so it was time for a new roof.
This roof carries a 50 year material warranty and a 25 year labor warranty, which is a great warranty.
