Hi guys, this is CJ with Three Tree Roofing. I wanted to talk to you about something special to everyone here: that's using the word family. What does a family-run business mean? It means that we are a family but that we're vested. Being vested is a crucial choice for us: It means our retirement and our kid's college education. One thing about our name, Three Tree Roofing, is the circle surrounding the name. Everyone here fits in this family circle. They do. Everybody wants to be in it.
We all want to do an excellent job for our customers and enjoy working every day. You have to work. But it's a great thing if you can work and have fun while you're doing it. I think that everyone here is having a great time. We get to help people. We get to work with people we know and love at the office. It's a beautiful opportunity to wake up every morning and see people you genuinely like.
Let's meet some of the Three Tree Family. We'll start with Neil. Neil and I have known each other for 21 years, a long time. There's George. He handles all our inside sales. He's my brother. He's worked here for two years. Yeah, it's awesome. It's been great to have him here and be part of the team. We'll go check out in the production office. We'll meet Anthony. That's Neil's brother. And then there's a bunch of other family in there. Let's go check those guys out. We have Craig and Derek.
The rest of the family is on the board. Here's an introduction to the entire crew as a family. So the original crew we have, we started with from day one. Jose Rodriguez and Miguel are still here, which is rare, and almost everybody is related; all the crew leaders and most crew members are related to each other in some way, by geography or family.
Jose Rodriguez and Miguel are cousins of Victor and Emiliano; Emiliano and Victor are brothers, and Jose Rodriguez is Dino's brother. And they are also, of course, cousins. Everybody's related, and most guys have cousins and brothers on their crews, and it's a real family environment.
I'm proud that many of these guys have excellent industry experience, but most of the team have at least 15 years as a crew leader, and several guys have well over 20. We even have a 30-year veteran, but I've worked with most of these guys for a long time. Miguel, Jose, Victor, and Noe have been with me daily for at least 12 years now, and it's a nice environment to work in.
