This is another completed Three Tree Roofing project, a condominium complex building with a big flat roof. The original roof was a torch down and was beginning to fail. Some of the units were getting leaks. It was starting to cause some damage to the stucco walls. We installed a new TPO roofing system in gray by WeatherBond.

Three Tree Roofing is one of the few certified WeatherBond installers in the state. The roof comes with a 20-year material and 20-year labor warranty. If we retire and move to Hawaii, you still have a labor warranty. The manufacturer backs everything that we touch.

During the roof removal on this project, there were some leaks, some damaged wood, some of the siding was damaged, and the stucco needed repair. We made our repairs and connected the owner with a reputable stucco repair company, ensuring a comprehensive restoration.
