Video Description
In Des Moines, Washington, a building faced issues with water ponding on its big flat torch-down roof, leading to potential leaks and structural damage. Three Tree Roofing intervened by removing the roof, identifying and repairing leaks, replacing damaged plywood, and strategically adding drains and roof crickets to divert water and prevent pooling.
Our expert TPO roofing team installed a new Weatherbond flat WeatherBond 60-mil TPO (thermo-polyolefin) roof system, renowned for its durability, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness—ideal for addressing the building's challenges. An impressive 20-year material and 20-year labor warranty back the WeatherBond flat TPO roof. Notably, even if the roofing team decides to retire and relocate to Hawaii, the labor warranty remains valid due to WeatherBond's commitment to standing behind its work.

Let's discuss a big project in Des Moines with a large flat roof. The customer had a torch-down roof that would pond water. So those areas of the roof would hold water in little swimming pools, and you would want to avoid that occurring.
Three Tree Roofing removed the roof and found some areas leaking. We fixed some of the plywood in that area and added some drains. We installed some crickets—little pyramids on the roof to divert water to the drains.
This TPO roof comes with a 20-year material and 20-year labor warranty. If we retire and move to Hawaii, you still have a labor warranty because Weatherbond backs all of our work. Let us know if you have questions about this or other roofing projects. Feel free to reach out to us. Give us a call at 206-312-7663 (ROOF)! Thanks
