Video Description
Located in Seattle, Washington, two homes underwent roofing transformations by Three Tree Roofing. The first roof, with its original torch-down roof, a common choice a decade or more ago, was replaced with a modern gray 60-mil thick WeatherBond Flat TPO (thermo-polyolefin) membrane. This material is durable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly—a perfect roofing system for the home.
We also extended our roofing expertise to the neighbor's roof. The success of the first roofing project prompted the neighbor to opt for a new flat TPO roof, too. The flat TPO roof has an impressive 20-year material and 20-year labor warranty. Even if we retire and relocate to Hawaii, the labor warranty remains valid for 20 years as WeatherBond stands behind all our work.

Another completed flat roof in Seattle. This roof had an old torch-down roof, a common roof used 10 or 15 years back. It was common for every flat roof to have a torch down. Three Tree Roofing installed this roof with a gray 60-mil WeatherBond TPO membrane.
We are WeatherBond certified. So when we complete the roof, you get a 20-year material warranty and a 20-year labor warranty that the manufacturer backs. If we retire and move to Hawaii, you still have a labor warranty. The manufacturer covers everything.
You can also see we did the neighbor's roof. They were so happy with how everything turned out with their next-door neighbor's roof that they also wanted a new TPO roof. If you have any questions about the residential or commercial roof, feel free to give us a call at 206-312-7663 (ROOF)! Thanks
