This beautiful home in Maple Valley had an old asphalt shingle roof that needed to be torn off and replaced. We removed and recycled the old shingles. The homeowner chose to replace the old roof with new CertainTeed Landmark Shingles in Granite Grey. During the removal process, we found wood damage from prior leaks that were unknown to the homeowner. We replaced the damaged plywood and moved on to building the roof. From start to finish, the total roof removal and replacement took 3 days.

Our Three Tree Roofing experts in residential roofing installed all new perimeter edge metals and installed all new underlayment. The existing woven valley was upgraded to a metal valley. A continuous ridge vent system was installed. The safety anchors were left in for anyone working on or maintaining the roof in the future. A skylight was re-flashed as well.
