Video Description
In Renton, Washington, a beautiful home with stucco siding received an impressive upgrade with a new composite shingle roof. Three Tree Roofing installed the CertainTeed Landmark PRO Max Def roof in Black Walnut. Metal flashing was installed behind the stucco to ensure durability. We added a high-profile hip and ridge cap and a continuous ridge vent to enhance energy efficiency by regulating attic temperatures throughout the year.

Video Transcript
We are in Renton at another Three Tree Roofing completed project. This house has a pretty Landmark Pro roof in Max Def Black Walnut. It's awesome. The siding on this house is stucco. So, it required some different work to be completed.
Our roofing crew needed to install metal and had an excellent team to cut the stucco so we could add the metal. A beautiful, functional, high-profile hip and ridge cap and a continuous ridge vent along the rooftop complete this roofing system.
Roof safety anchors are left in place to prevent a worker from falling. If any cleaning or maintenance needs to be done, it can be done safely by connecting a harness and a rope to the anchors. From start to finish, the total roof removal and replacement took 3 days. If you have any questions on residential or commercial roofing projects, feel free to give us a call at 206-312-7663 (ROOF)!
