Video Description
This stylish architectural composite shingle roof, a CertainTeed Northgate in Burnt Sienna, offers an aesthetically pleasing blend of browns and blacks that complement each other. The thick architectural shingle enhances the visual appeal and provides homeowners with a wide array of future house paint color options.
During the replacement process, the old torch-down gutter system, which had begun to leak, was replaced with the new 60-mil gray TPO (thermal-polyolefin) waterproof gutter system and downspouts, a compatible choice with asphalt roofing due to their lack of chemical reaction with each other.
Three Tree Roofing addressed functionality by replacing the leaking gutter system and enhanced the property's visual appeal through thoughtful material choices and attention to detail in the finishing touches. As part of the finishing touches, the team painted the B vent, a brown pipe visible on the top front of the roof, to match the chosen roof color. This attention to detail adds to the overall aesthetic cohesion of the roof, providing a polished look upon completion. This roofing system is a completed project in New Castle, Washington. It is pretty neat. I like the large fascia board you see in the front of the house. What's hiding behind that is the gutters. It's a cool style. They are trough gutters or built-in gutters known by a few different names. We install 60-mil gray TPO (thermal-polyolefin) for trough gutters. That's a great product to use with asphalt because they're friends. They don't chemically react to each other and do bad things.
When we replaced the roof, we tore down the old torch gutters that started leaking. We fixed all that up and installed the TPO trough gutters and new downspouts, then installed the roof. This roof is Certain Teed Northgate in Burnt Sienna—a great choice. I like the browns and blacks. It's a beautiful, thick shingle that gives you options for various house paint colors.
We painted the B vent, the brown pipe visible on the top front of the roof, to match the chosen roof color. We paint all the pipes the same color as your roof color. It looks nice and finishes off the roof. If you have any questions about residential or commercial roofs, feel free to give us a call at 206-312-7663 (ROOF). Thanks!
